Taylor County Neighborhood Center offers second hand items at an affordable price.  The Neighborhood Center takes in donations from all to sell in their store.  After they receive the donations employees will sort through the stuff to get them into categories like baby clothes, children clothes, adult clothes, decorations, etc.  Then they analyze what a fair price would be for customers to pay.  Customers are always guaranteed an affordable price.  Also the items are in good shape so customers aren’t buying damaged, no good items.

Color My World Daylily Gardens is owned and operated by the Hodge family.  Color My World started from a vision of Lois’s desire to be surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens.  Her sister gave her an unknown daylily in 1994 sparking her interest in the business.  Since, she has “collected” over six hundred varieties of daylilies along with other perennials.  The family has kept adding flower beds and in 2005 decided to share their effort with the public and opened Color My World Daylily Gardens.  Color My World looks over beautiful One-Hundred Two River Valley fifteen miles from Bedford.
